Local Files Problem

Local Files Problem

I downloaded a song to my phone and everything worked fine but when i closed the app i couldn't play it anymore it was blacked out and it's starting to get annoying to transfer to my phone all the time any advice??

Just to confirm, is the local file appearing as grayed-out in the playlist, or is it not appearing at all? If you could send us a screenshot, that would be great 🙂

 

Could you also let us know if performing a clean reinstall of the app on your phone fixes things for you? Make sure to follow the recommended steps in this Spotify Answer.
