My Question or Issue

Hello, I use Spotify Premium and usually i can add local files to playlists and download them so i don't have to switch between the samsung music and spotify. However, since the last update the Music doesn't download anymore. I'm logged in with the same Wi-Fi but nothing happens. It just says "marked for download" on the playlist on my phone.

 

It's very annoying and since there is no actual support anymore (I guess?) I'm hoping somebody can help.

Hi @Rosenfrost!

 

When everything else fails create a hotspot connection with your phone and connect your computer to it. Then try to sync again.
