Local Files no Longer Playing on Android

My Question or Issue

 After I deleted/Reinstaled Spotify, I can no longer play any of my songs from Local Files. The songs themselves appear as faded grey. However, I tried playing the songs from my  PC (Windows 10) and I was able to listen to them via Windows. When I tried to play the Local Files from my PC to Android it also did not work.

You need to download the relevant playlists again.
