Local Files wont download to APP

I am unable to download local files to the playlists on my app on my Andriod phone.  The tracks just say "Track not available" both in offline and online mode.  My device will not show up on the spotify on my desktop even though we are connected to the same wifi network. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and and still unable to make any progress!! Any help would be appreciated. 

Also I am premium member.

Can you check your windows firewall isn't blocking Spotify? Also make sure upnp is enabled on the router.

I'm not sure how to do that.....Will do some research and see what happens! 🙂
