My Question or Issue

I'm unable to log in to Spotify App via Facebook and E-mail address. I tried to reset the password and used E-mail log in but still not work all it says is there's problem at the moment and don't explain much about it, however with the Spotify Lite, i can log in just fine.

Hey @Max_Thewolfy, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn’t help, attach a screenshot of what message you’re receiving and I’ll take a closer look.

It works fine after the clean uninstall now, thanks 🙂
