Logging in problems

My account won't let me log in on email address. When i try and log in it says that my account isn't connected to facebook when i'm not trying to log on with facebook.  I've tried connecting my spotify account with my facebook on your website for 2 and a half weeks and it keeps saying try again later.  I've also tried contacting you on facebook but i've heard nothing back.   I think it's un fair i'm paying for something i can't log on too, as i have had this problem for nearly 3 weeks.  Is it possible that this issue can be resolved please.

You should be able to log in with your spotify user name. It appears on your email receipts from Spotify and on this page, if you're not sure what it is.
