My Question or Issue

When changing over to my new phone I logged in under the same email address but none of my Playlist or liked songs were saved. I also have a different user name and profile Pic. If I didn't update my payment details within time is it possible that I loose all my music even when resigning up for premium?

If you see a different display name and profile image after logging in to Spotify on a new device it's possible that you have more than one account. Check out these steps on how to find out if you have multiple Spotify accounts and how to login to the correct one. 

 

No worries, if you revert from Premium to free your music collection remains untouched. Just keep in mind you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts after re-subscribing to Premium
