Lokale Dateien können vom Smartphone nicht abgespielt werden

Ich habe mir verschieden Playlists auf meinem PC erstellt und lokale Dateien hinzugefügt. Diese kann ich von meinem Huawei P30 nicht abspielen oder herunterladen. Mein PC ist per LAN mit meinem Router verbunden, das Handy per WLAN. Liegt hier das Problem? Also muss der PC auch per WLAN verbunden sein?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

We hope you don't mind us answering in English, as it's the official language of the Community. In order to download local files on your smartphone, the pc hast to be on the same internet network. It shouldn't make a difference if it's connected via cable or WIFI.

 

Could you give the steps here a go and perform a clean reinstall of the app on both devices?  They are more thorough than a regular reinstall and make sure that no corrupted files remain that might be the reason for such behavior. You should also remove all playlists with imported files and start the whole process from scratch using the instructions in this guide. It's a good idea this time do it over another internet connection, e.g. a mobile hotspot, if that's an option.
