My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify,

When I want to listen to music and show my playlist its very often that I wait a long time for opening. Most of its like stuck and I have to reopen the app. First I thought its only when I dont have internet connection, but no its evertime. And also playlist which I localy downloaded load for a long time and getting stuck in a blackscreen.

I hope you can fix this.
