Losing Offline storage [OTG USB]

Okay guys so, im using an USB (mounted) stick as my secondary storage , mostly for spotify songs. (works like sd card)

Its really simple : just plug the sick into the phone and launch spotify. But I often lose my offline music for some reason and its really annoying to redownload everything.

Is there a way to force spotify not to make a new partition an not wipe all songs ?

Maybe you guys have a tipp for me.

As far as I know, Spotify doesn't support OTG but you can always ask them diresctly, using the online contact form.

i know 🙂 but i mounted usb stick .... means that it is like and removeable sd card and it shows up in "choose storage"
