Losing music bass after change the volume

My Question or Issue

Everytime that I will change the volume, after that the bass go away, this problem is just happening with spotify, the native player does not have this issue.

For the bass comeback I have to close the app and open again, therefore, everytime that I want to change the volume, I have to close and open the spotify in order to the bass comeback, is that a way to solve this?

I am listening from my earbuds that came with the S9 by AKG.
