Lyrics arent showing in any songs even though my region supports them

My Question or Issue

The lyrics aren't showing for any song that I search for.
Recently I found out that lyrics were added to Spotify as a new feature last month in my region. I was surprised by this because i had never seen anything in my app before regarding lyrics, and was even more shocked when my friend, who has the same plan as me, told me he could see the lyrics in his phone. I tried everything I could find on Google, this Community forum and even with customer support (very effective and quick btw), but still the only answers I got were to either do a clean reinstall of the app (didn't work) or that some accounts just didn't get the feature and that if I wanted lyrics on the songs I should try to create a new account and see if it works there.

I found this to be a little unfair because I have been a Spotify customer for a few years now and I don't like the fact that it's just a matter of luck if I get lyrics or not and that even new, free accounts can get the feature while I cannot. I really enjoy this app and it's a bummer to see that, even though I'm paying the same as my friend, I am lacking this amazing feature.

I have the same problem, I do not get the option of the lyrics, and other people close to me do.

I am from Honduras and it is also in the countries of the region that can see it.

Could you try to close and log out of the app twice, as some users report that this activates the feature for them.
