My Question or Issue

I have tried many ways to solution this problem, but Lirycs still not working. I opened my sister's account on my device, and Lyrics appeared!!! But when I came back to my account, Lirycs dissapear again. 

Then, I tried opening my account on my laptop, and Lirycs works on it. I don't know What I can do for my Samsung Galaxy s9+ shows the lirycs.

This post is my Last option.

Same here. I already tried contacting support a month ago and they made me logout and restart the app a few times which didn't work.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here. 

 

The Lyrics feature is still in it's test phase and not all accounts have access to it. You can try to create a new account with a different e-mail address or through Facebook and check if you can see the Lyrics feature on it. If it works on the new account you can copy your playlists from the old account using the steps here.
