Media controls never appears in notification bar.

Hello everybody

I have been using my new Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite for a few days.

I have a problem with Spotify: the notification with media controls never appears, even when playing music. I have enabled all possible notices to the app 😄

I refer to this pop-up:

It's so boring always having to open the app to change songs, or change the volume ...

Some idea?

Can you double check so your device don't have any pending updates?

We also suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Hello my friend, my phone Xiaomi Mi 10S had the same issue, but the problem was solved.

First of all, my OS is Android 11 with MIUI 12.5.14

The solution: 

Settings> Apps> Manage Apps> Spotify> Permissions

Make sure that "Show on Lock screen", "Display pop-up windows while running in the background" are activated (Always allow), and you're all set!

I found how to solve it.

Go to settings > notifications and control center > lock screen > format > show notifications but hide content

Done!
