Meu app diz q atingiu o limite de dispositivos q podem fazer download das minhas músicas, mas só tenho um logado em minha conta, o resto não está mais, e estou sem conseguir ouvir offline.

porque no puedo descargar mi musica si tengo cuenta premium y como puedo borrar la musica de otros dispositivos si no tengo los dispositivos

Sounds like you have music downloaded for offline listening on other devices. If you have access to them, you can remove the downloads either from the Spotify app (Settings > Remove all downloads) or by clearing the app's cache and data.

In case you no longer have access to one of these older devices, where you had downloaded music, you can instead get in touch with the folks over at Customer Support might be able to remove them remotely. You can reach them here.
