My Question or Issue

Mi aplicación se cierra sola. Esto empezó a suceder desde la actualización,antes no tenía ningún problema para escuchar la música con mi celular en reposo con la pantalla apagada y ahora reproduce una o máximo tres canciones y se cierra sola, y ahora hasta cuándo está encendido y en uso otra aplicación y estoy escuchando música hace lo mismo. Ya intenté reinstalando la aplicación pero no funcionó. Sí pjedieran ayudarme a resolver el problema se los agradecería mucho. He tenido Spotify premium ya desde hace dos años y es la primera vez que he tenido problemas por favor ayuda!!!!!!! Gracias por su atención y tiempo.

No worries, we can help you in English here. We'd recommend logging into another device and let us know if you have the same issue. Also, does it happen while connected to WiFi of using your mobile data?
