To make sure we cover all bases, could you try clearing stored cache from the app on your phone? Make sure to sign out from the app and back in again once it's done, as this will resync your account info.

Alternatively, you can do a clean reinstall. This will both clear stored cache and also ensure that you're running the latest app version.

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you let us know if you noticed that this occurred after any specific point? For example, after an update to the app or the device's OS. It would also be great to know what app version you're using.
