Missing tracks in my playlist

Missing tracks in my playlist

I have problem finding all of my tracks that I've got in my playlist on my new HTC One x. The playlist got 735tracks, and I can only find 40-60 of them on my phone. At first i got all of the songs except the 2 last added songs, and spotify said it was offline. So I read a bit on the community and I read that when this happens I need to reinstall spotify, and i've done that alot of times and it won't get any better.

Same here.. SPOTIFY FIX THIS

Same problem here! Using lattest mobile version (0.5.1.15 xxx), HTC ONE V - this problem started 1 month ago.

Full (usning offline) palylists are avalible when Im in range of my wirelles rotuters (Ciso at home - SMC in work).

When out (out of wifi connection) same playlists (recently added) disappear and circle spinning while it says downloading (stream over 3G disabled).

Tried already "unsync" my playlist from my HTC and the sync them again (cca 1200 songs), few hours later everithing ok, until I left my home - no wifi connection.

Im premium member since 2008?, until last month ago everithing was working fine.

 

Strange is that this problem is occurring "just" on playlists created from that period onwards!!!

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Same problem here on the iPad with the latest version... Weirdly when I downloaded a playlist it said downloading 16 tracks which is correct, but when trying to listen to it, only 9 appear...

No one has an answer for this yet? All tracks there on desktop, half missing on Android playlists.

Same thing here. Was driving 2 days ago and it Was fine then a few hours later the songs I had synced from my computer were greyed out and were unavailable. I also have the syncing over 3g problem even though that is turned off. Also missing is the option to save music to my microsd card. I have the HTC evo lte and a premium membership. I canceled zune for this 😕

We need a fix please! Just signed up for premium and expect access to the tracks, not for them to magically disappear.

same on HTC Desire HD, tried "undownloading" and re-syncing, still the same

It sounds like you're describing this issue. Afraid we don't have a fix just yet.

Yes, it looks to be the same issue. Only solution I have found so far is go to Applications / Spotify and then do "Force stop" and then "Clear data". Then redo all the settings, enter username and password and resync.
