Welcome to Spotify Community! : )

To start a conversation you have to share some kind of content ( album, artist or song ).

Here is brief guide how to do so:

1. Right-click on something you'd like to share.
2. Click Share... 
3. Click SEND TO…
4. If your account is connected to Facebook, you can search for and send to any of your Facebook friends by simply searching their name. 
   Note: They need to have their Spotify account connected to Facebook too.
5. Alternatively, type in your friend’s Spotify username. 
   Note: You need to be following each other on Spotify.
6. Enter a message if you like.
7. Click SEND.

As for the Mixably, it's powered by Spotify, but it's developed by a company called MiQ Limited. If you want to know more about their plans, it's best to tweet @mixab_ly and ask them directly  🙂
