"song not available"

Too often Spotify claims "song is unavailable". Most recently trying to listen to the latest release from Major Parkinson.
Why is this? Connected, "offline mode" is off, stamina mode for Sony on.
Please help!

1. Your device.
2. Your device's operating system.
3. The exact Spotify version installed 
4. Have you tried a clean reinstallation? If no, please do : )

Well.
The second attempted reinstall. Did the trick..

I paid a whole year subscription for premium and can only access the free features.  When I click on songs it says song unavailable.  It keeps telling me to go online.  If this keeps on, I want my money back.  I did the uninstall and then reinstalled and it didn't help.  And I do not have any other accounts linked to specify.
