When I go to launch spotify on either of my vehicles using my kenwood radio interface, the app barely interfaces with the radio. Sometimes it takes 20 seconds, sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes never.  I have 2 different kenwood radios (dnr 476s, dnx773s), both hsve basically the same issue. Furthermore, when I try to just use the Bluetooth for the radio instead of the spotify interface, the Bluetooth barely wants to work either.  It either won't load any song controls or wont laod a correct track and title, it just gets stuck on one song for however long I'm listening. The last issue I've had with car radios is android auto. Spotify will start trying to intterface with AA but then about 5 or so seconds in the audio will just stop for the rest of the song while its playing. I can skip to the next song and it will play again, but the audio cuts out again within 5 or so seconds. Now while all of this is going on I try to reset my app on the phone, but it will just show the same track is being played no matter what I pick. I also lose the track skip play pause functions on the app as well, the only way to stop the music is to totally close the app. That issue with the phone was only happening when I would try to hook up to my kenwood radios at first but now its doing it no matter what. I have already tried deleting my cache files as well as deleting and redownloading the app.i need this issue resolved because I use spotify in my vehicles every day and I also am a csr audio installer (primarily kenwood radios) and I use my phone to show my customers how there new equipment works. It makes my product look bad when the interfaces with there new radios are supposed to work flawlessly and mine takes a dump before they even leave my shop.
