My Question or Issue

 The app constantly becomes unusable. Says "offline" or "sorry, something went wrong". Nothing gets fixed until I log out and back in. Huge inconvenience as it sometimes only works for a few minutes before telling me I'm offline (every other app on the phone is working perfectly fine, even pandora.....) I can't even like a song because "something is wrong."

 

Can't wait until the paid portion of the subscription is over. terrible experience. Please tell me what is wrong.

In this case, let's try some troubleshooting 🙂

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you try removing your offline devices here?
