Music Hiccups. Wont play.

Had this problem before. Reinstalled. Logged out. All of that.
It wont work. When it does say its playing its silent. My app is up to date. I posted before but never got the notification to reply. I have an android, Samsung galaxy grand prime.
Please reply to this immediately. Music is the only thing that tunes out all the snoring from everyone in my house and it keeps me sane.
If necessary i will go to a different app. Its acting worse than Pandora did
