Music ends and the next one does not come out

(Onkyo TX-NR686) 

In the spotify application of the cell phone I start a song and ask to play it on my Onkyo receiver. I listen to music without problems but when it finishes and starts playing the next one on the list I realize that the song is being played but I do not hear anything.

This is not the case when I'm on my computer or when I play on Google Home Mini.

First, could you try connect to the receiver from another mobile device with your account and see if the issue persists?

 

Once we have this information, we will be able to investigate further.

Thanks for getting back in touch with this.

 

Could you make sure that:

 

  • All devices are on the same WiFi network.
  • Your Spotify app is up-to-date.
  • All devices’ software is up-to-date. If you don't know, you'll need to check with your devices' manufacturers for how to update the version software. 

On another note, could you let us know if this occurs when using Spotify Connect or with another connection?
