Music from wrong country/nationality in Radio

My account and profile are all localized to Norway, and my IP address is local with no proxy or other rerouting.

Yet, when starting any kind of radio station on my Android, a Samsung Galaxy S4, the first song will be English and along the lines of what I asked for.. but then the radio station devolves into Dutch (i.e. from the Netherlands) pop/folk music that I have never even indicated I like (or understand).

What's going on?

I don't think this is android-specific. Spotify radio is pretty flaky at the best of times. Is this happening with a playlist based station? If so, maybe try starting a new station based on a larger playlist containing your preferred music.
