Music is starting when the phone call has finished

My Question or Issue

Spotify is running automatically without any action when I finish a phone talk. I have to close the spotify app to stop the music. Spotify is starting automatically in my headphone which is connected in bluetooth with my samsung phone. How can I prevent spotify to start automatically after each phone call ? Thank you very much for your help

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, do you experience the same if you have your Galaxy "forget" the Bluetoooth device, restart both your phone and Spotify, and then you pair the Galaxy and headphones again?
