Music keeps stopping after a few seconds.

My music keeps stopping after a few seconds. sometimes it starts playing random songs that are not in my playlist. Doesn't start at  beginning of song, starts at whatever time last song stopped at. I've tried changing my password, logging out of everything, uninstalling and re installing, restarting my device. Everything suggested and still having the same issue. Please someone help!!!

Thanks for reaching out! 

Please do the following:

1. A clean reinstall.

2. Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
3. Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.

Could you confirm if you see any changes to your playlists (songs that are not supposed to be there or songs that are missing)?
