Music randomly stops playing

Music randomly stops playing

I pay for Premium Family and for the past few months while playing music (both streaming and downloaded) songs will randomly stop playing. I've cleared the app cache and data several times. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it continues. On Cox Gigablast Wifi or on LTE it still continues and it's pissing me off. I literally cannot enjoy a single song all the way through anymore. Why am I paying for this garbage and who at Spotify can resolve this?

Can you head to: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/, and click 'Remove All'?

 

This will mean you'll need to re-download your offline tunes, but we think it'll help to ensure it's not a cache issue 🙂
