My Question or Issue

When I close the phone the music stops playing and if I open and close the phone again it plays for a little while then stops again. But when the screen is on it plays just fine. I've tried clearing cache. No battery saving is on. I've reset my phones setting in case I messed something up. I've updated everything. I've stopped notifications from spotify. Everything. I'm wasting too much battery keeping my phone screen on so I can listen to my music. Please help..

Hey @Vitorioptr, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

Thanks for reaching out. Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? If that doesn't help, please also try using a different internet connection.

Let me know how this goes ๐Ÿ™‚

Fixed. **bleep** I had tried everything except reinstalling the app. Thank you.

If reinstalling the app loses all saved songs then this is NOT a good.
