Music stops or volume goes down when listening on background

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I have a problem with the app when I go on internet in the same time. The music stops if there is a video on the internet tab even if I don't watch it and even if it is only advertisement. I'm was not able to find which parameter I have to change. 

Also since today (and maybe it's because I did something wrong when I tried to fixed the 1st issue) the volume goes up and down when I receive notifications.

Could we first get you to:

• try a reinstall of the app?
• check the device for software updates?

If things still don’t look right, let us know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system that you're running.

It might also be worth checking in your internet browser settings for anything that might be stopping Spotify when videos appear.
