Music stops randomly

Music stops randomly

Music stops/pause playing randomly, sometimes it works for 10 minutes and sometimes for 5 hours. This is happening on 5 devices.

I've got a family premium sub. and everyone has the same problem.

This happends with both offline and online mode.

The phones we are using are : 

LG G5

Samsung S8

Samsung S9 (1 week old with latests software)

Samsung A5

Sony XZ2 Premium

 

We are pretty new to Spotify so i don't know if its app related or phone related.

At this point i don't think its the phones that are having this issue, more like the application itself. I've tried multiple solution found on google, but none of those worked.

These are some of the solutions :

1. Battery optimization spotify off 

2. Clear cache, reinstall application

3. factory reset phone (worked for 1 day)

4. using 3rd party software to disable/stop other apps

5. turn off wifi/bluetooth and turn on airplane mode

 

 

As you can see, if this problems keeps occuring we might just cancle the subscribtion and move on to something els...Unless someone actually has a fix for this.

I hope someone can help us out here.

Can you make sure you're all logging into your own accounts? If you're sharing the same account, this will happen often. If that's the case, just have everyone make a new account here.
