Music stops very often when I'm online

My Question or Issue

My music randomly stops playing every 10-60 seconds. It is very annoying and I cannot enjoy my music like this at all. This only happens in online mode. (Even if I have downloaded the song, as long as I am connected to some WiFi etc. the bug persists. When I turn off the internet, everything works normal again.) 

I have already reinstalled the app (Clean), restarted my phone several times and deactivated the Battery Saver. I'm honestly clueless what to do right now, I'm afraid that my money is wasted if this bug isn't going to go away 😞

Are you using an SD card on your phone, and if you do can you check it for errors?

It would also be worth a shot to take the card out and play music without it in, to see if the pausing persists.

If you still experience this, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. We'd recommend taking a look at this page to see how to clear your cache. 

In case that doesn't solve it, could you let us know your Spotify version and if you experience this on 3/4G, Wi-Fi or both? 

Does this happen on other mobile devices as well, for example you can try logging in on a friend's or a family member's account to see how it goes.
