Music stops when a call comes in, even on do not disturb and silent mode. I have a galaxy A5

My Question or Issue

I use the music in my massage practice and put my phone to do not disturb and silent mode. Still, calls ring through right in the middle of my nice relaxing music. Help!

Android's settings might be a little confusing when it comes to the "Do Not Disturb" mode, but I guess this link will make things clear for you.

Awesome! Yes, and in the meantime, I contacted my local child, (who told me
I better get android if I ever want tech support from him lol) who said
mom, go to settings, dnd, allow exceptions, customize, calls from: and
"none"

That seems to work. Yes, a small moment of silence when a call comes
through, but it resumes playing, altho8gh it seems a touch quieter till the
call goes to my machine.

Not sure if you still need this. I have an S22, and I had to go into the Bluetooth devices and select to turn off calls in the settings to the right of the device I am currently using.

Does not work for me. I have favorites only and every single call comes through and interrupts my music. This is kind of a deal breaker for me as my number has (and will if I change it) get leaked on YouTube after dating someone popular. I have no idea why DND doesn't do what it's supposed to do. I even tried allowing "no calls" and notifications and it still let's every single call interfere with my music.
