Music won't update when I add them to "all songs"?

When I save a song into my All Songs library, it won't show up at the top, even though the Sort By option is Recently Added. However, when I switch it to order songs by Title, the songs I've added most recently are there. So I guess it's in my library, but it just won't show at the top when I choose Recently Added. Same problem on computer too. How do I fix this? I've tried logging in/out a bunch of times, updated, re-installed and installed, etc. Songs update fine on playlists, and I don't think I've hit the 10,000 limit either.
