My Library has been completely wiped

My Library has been completely wiped

So I'm fairly new to premium. And I was just starting to love it until about 15 minutes ago.

I was going through my list of songs under "Your Library" and I thought by hitting "Available Offline" it would play my songs I have there when I had no service..... I'm assuming when I hit it, it wiped my entire library. I'm not too sure how many songs I had but I know it was A LOT!

I'm a little upset because I'm new to this premium ordeal and I was under the impression that you could listen to songs without a signal. And now... I'm out of songs.

Someone please help me understand better.

P.S. I was just reading through some forums and I read only started songs are available offline. Is this correct?

Are these songs in your playlists?

When you swiped the "Available offline" switch, did you have a Internet connection? And if you did was it WiFi or cellular?

I didnt have any kind of playlist. I didnt like having my music categorized.

And Jean, thanks. I was actually on a road trip with some friends. So it was cellular.

I just want to know what I did so it doesn't happen again lol. Support contacted me though. I just have to start all over again 😞

Well I believe that it is most likely a glitch, but if you got to spotify support then they have handled the issue and know about it 🙂

 

As for what to do, I have no idea, this is a very strange occurrence...
