My Music Stops after an ad, and every 10 seconds a New ad gets played,why?

If I want to Listen, and I press on play, I get an ad played, after this ad I only can Listen for 10 seconds befor the music Stops, if I Hit play again, the next ad gets played

Thanks for reaching out!

What content are you trying to play when this happens (individual songs, playlists, albums etc.) and could you run us through the steps you take in order to play it (e.g. where you click etc.)? A screenshot or a short video recording showcasing your issue would help as well!

With this in mind, note that you won't be able to manually choose a song to play on your mobile device while using Spotify free (apart from some select playlists where there is no Shuffle symbol next to the title of the playlist).  You can listen to a regular playlist by tapping the green SHUFFLE PLAY button - this will play the full playlist songs in a randomized order.  If you try playing any song on demand though, you will only hear a preview for a few seconds.

Tip: On desktops it's possible to play tracks on demand even without Premium!

Hey, thank you for answering, I dont know why but it did Go by it self. it did Start work again in this morning.

Everytime i put play it guves me adds and when the song acctually starts it just lets meblisten for 10 seconds until it like pauses and i hav to put play and insted of listening to my music it just keeps giving me adds
