My Spotify doesn't allow playing (last) previous song.

The symbol of playing previous song is grey so can't be used. And also the line of song playing can not be dragged if I want to listen a particular part of song. It is happening with my Spotify but all my friends spotify do not have this issue. I have tried re installing it even.

In order to look further into this do you mind telling us your device model, OS version and current Spotify version?

Note that if you're using Spotify free, you might not be able to return to the previous song, but only skip forwards.

Since when did Spotify restrict the rewind button? If this continues I will be so dissatisfied.
