My login username and password keeps coming up as unable to log in

I e-mailed the support team yesterday about being charged the 9.99 even though i am on the student account plan for preimum now. I pay for mine and my brothers spotify account. When they responded back saying they would take care of it my spotify immediatly stopped working. I use this app multiple times a day so im very frusterated that it is impossible to get a hold of anyone to fix this problem. I am currently on an older spotify account i have that is free. The one that i pay for, for preimum is not and has not been working all day due to confronting this issue. How the heck can i fix anything if it says unable to log in or wrong username/password, when i know for sure it is correct.

Hi. If you get in touch with the account team again, they should be able to get this sorted for you. Reply to the last email you had from them.
