My spotify is set to offline, why?

Every option on there doesn't load, it's set to offline. My data connection is on and working well.

You can use the steps here to confirm that Offline Mode is not switched on. If this is not the case, try following the suggestions in article Spotify not playing

I'd highly recommend updating your app and OS to the latest version that you can get and check if you'll experience the same. Spotify always works on improving the user's experience and they advise that you keep both your OS and your Spotify up to date with the latest version so that you don't miss out on any fixes.

My phone is connected to our WiFi and I don't remember setting it to offline I have uninstalled the app and also switched my Internet off and also my phone but nothing is helping the situation change

i alrdy do uninstall install, clear data apps, log out all account but it still says spotify is currently offline, does anyone know how to fix it?
