Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to listen to your content offline? 

If so and you're still having issues, could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on a specific one? 

Additionally, sending us some screenshots of what you're seeing on your end would come in handy. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
