Need to download songs again

I have the problem that after a while I need to download some songs or a complete playlist again. It is anoying sometimes when I am without WiFi and I realise that the song is not locally saved anymore. I would understand if Spotify loses copyright for some songs after a while, but in that case it should not be possible to download songs again. The problem described concerns the Spotify  playlists more than the Albums. So what could be the explanation?

ok now I realised that I`m not the only one haqving the problem and that it`s not explainable.In one thread some one says that the new version from 9th of october would solve the problem. Let`s hope that it`s true...
