The New Years Concert can not be played. Only the four last tracks can be played.

To help us take a more detailed look into this, would you mind sharing with us the Spotify link to the New Year Concert you mentioned? 

Also, to confirm, when you say that only the last 4 tracks are playable, do you mean that the other tracks featured in the Concert are still displayed in the track-list but appear grayed-out (and, hence, unplayable)?

No the unplayable tracks are not greyed out. All tracks look the same, but the will not be played if you touch them.
