Nice work, you broke it again. Not working under restricted profiles under Android KitKat

I actually thought the Spotify issues were over with me but no. The idiotic forced update to the new app and the fact you cannot use the older version anymore did it again.

So here we go again: Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition with Android 4.4.2 firware. Running Spotify under restricted or secondary profile crashes the app instantly with "Spotify has stopped" error prompt. Updating firmware to this version fixed the issue with the previous Spotify app but the new app doesn't work even with this one.

Please, don't ask me to contact support. They were so clueless the last time that I spent five messages explaining what is a restricted profile in Android and what does it mean (and what it doesn't). So far Spotify is still the only app that causes issues under restricted profile that doesn't use Google account. Those that do cannot even be run under restricted profle.

Any help?

Yes, I did. The firmware update fixed it. Shouldn't be like this, Deezer and Google Play Music work both flawlessly.

Sigh... I guess I'm migrating to Deezer as I just noticed my Logitech UE Smart Radio actually supports it. Too much trouble with Spotify over the years on Android.
