No Internet Connection on my Nexus 7 Tablet or Nexus Phone

For 3 days I have not been able to use Spotify on my Nexus 7 tablet or Nexus phone at home or at the office. It says at the bottom No Internet connection available. However I am able to stream Google Music, Pandora etc just fine over the same networks I am connected to. How can I solve this? I am a fan of spotify and a premium user, would like to keep things that way.

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the client?

I was having the same problem, Had been offline since the 19th, wasn't willing to reinstall the client.

I went to settings, scrolled to the bottom, and logged out

After logging back in I am back online and functioning without having to reinstall and redownload all my offline playlist.
