No SD card found - We found nowhere we would store your data

No SD card found - We found nowhere we would store your data

I have a galaxy s3 running Android 4.4.2.

When I download the Spotify app from the play store it gives me this error. If I reboot the phone and try to reload the app it just crashes. If I go through all the troubleshooting steps, (Clear Cache, Uninstall App, etc) the same thing happens.

I do not have a SD card, and I have over 5GB of storage avilable internally.

Thanks!

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.

Cheers!

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?

I've seen android throw this error on my old S2 when the system memory was low. Deleting some apps fixed this for me.
