My Question or Issue

When connected on mobile data (4G LTE at least) the app find 'no internet connection'. All titles and podcasts are in grey excepted for the ones downloaded previously.

Without changing anything to the connection the Web player works with chrome. 

I've tried reboot , clean reinstall, clearing the cache.... no results.

(The app works perfectly with Wi-Fi) 

Any idea ?

Thank you for posting in the Community & nice troubleshooting so far!
If you switch devices with someone who has a Premium account, could you check how the app behaves with both accounts when mobile data is in use?

Aside from that, you may try toggling Offline Mode on & back off to see if that makes a difference.
