No lock scree. Of Galaxy S6 Edge plus

I see people saying they have a lockscreen for Spotify, but its just not working correctly. I just got the new Glaxy S& Edge Plus and I don't see a lock screen at all. If I want to change a song I need to unlock my phone then change the song from there. Not safe when driving.

Hi. Have you verified if you got, on security menu, the lock screen option properly set??? Verify that on Android settings.

I have the same problem with my samsung galaxy s6 and android 6.0.1
I tried changing the android settings but nothing worked
It sometimes works to control spotify pn lock screen, but most times it does not
I think it is a bug because two other very uncomfortable problems are related to this:
-music keeps on playing when i receive or make a call
-music keeps on playing over the phone's speakers when i unplug my headphones

Please also check that your permissions and notification settings haven't reset for some reason. This post describes the correct settings.
