No longer playing music from SD card in playlists...

I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet and up until about a week ago Spotify would play all the music I have on my SD card that I added to my playlists, but now an error message comes up saying the song isn't available... I'm not sure what to do to get it working again or if from now on the music from my SD card won't play

Is this offline tracks? Are they ones that you have on your PC and have synced to your mobile device?

I've seen a few issues with Samsung devices using the SD card, can you try formatting it, and also a clean install of Spotify?

thank you for the advice! I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner but it took awhile to get it working right. now though I seem to be having trouble trying to get a song that's on my computer to show up in the local files in Spotify. I may have to check again to make sure it's an mp3 file but I'm pretty sure it is so I don't know what the problem could be 😛

On. So I'll mark the initial thread solved. As for your new issue, Is it in a playlist with other tracks and do they sync across ok?
