Same problem again. The title being played is not visible. No operation such as stop, forward, back is possible.

I'm still unable to see the screenshot. Are you replying to the thread through an email or the website? 

 

Also, can you let me know all of the steps you've tried to resolve this?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a closer look? 
Also, can you let me know which steps you've tried to resolve this issue?

Dear Billy-J,


This is the same problem as 4 weeks ago. It was a known issue at the time.
Last week everything went back to normal. Same problem again today.

At the bottom of the bar you can see that Dua Lipa would be running.
That is not the case. Another title is running.
I can stop the title by clicking play at Dua Lipa and then pause.

I am using Samsung ear buds live. I can fast forward with that, but I can't
stop.
On my phone, Dua Lipa remains visible as the title that is playing.

I can't see a screenshot. 

Can you attach it in your reply on the website by going to the Attachments section of your reply > Select the button to send your attachments and post the reply?
