My Question or Issue

Mi hermano me envio la invitacion para formar parte del plan familiar premium, y cuando intento confirmar el registro al plan, me dice que no se puede, varias veces me ha enviado la invitacion por correo y no puedo.

Ya el mes anterior la utilice, y ahora que volvio a contratar el plan, no me lo permite.

It's only possible to join one Premium for Family plan per year. So in this case it's likely that your brother will have to create a new account.

That's the problem, my brother created that the account has a month, it's the first time we used them in a family plan, i had never been in a family plan before.

My brother if the account works as premium, buy my dad and me no, we continue to appear without premium features, and we have sent the invitation several times by mail and can no yet.

Perhaps you and your dad have been removed from the family plan.

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

If we're unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.
